What is a spouse with disabilities have the right even after a divorce?
My parents are divorcing. Its sad. Were married for almost 30 years and during that course my mother had a terrible blow. She is now disabled. She can not use his arm and has very limited mobility. You can walk Assitance with a cane. She also suffered brain damage by altering his personality. She will never be "normal" again. My father left when she needed him most. I have two other brothers including myself are the 18 adults.over in college or out. What do you think my mother is also entitled, I personally I think you are entitled to everything, but this is not rational. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK
