People love looking at magazines in the box. If you are not seeing a photo of a celebrity going through some life changing train wreck, his eyes are glued to a body shot of the latest piece or current hottie.
I enjoyed working with celebrities and high profile clients from all walks of life. I have worked with them one by one, where you just come to me for training. And I have discussed philosophy and worked with trainers in New York and Los Angeles to find what works best. No matter what the teaching style was the agenda of all the things I had in common:
1. They focused especially on large movements: pushing, pulling, squatting, and rushes on foot.
2. They used explosives, full-body exercises: kettle bell swings, mountain climbers, to humiliation, etc.
3. Was used based participation at every turn.
4. This is a circuit training style workout.
5. These cardio interval training with sprints.
And the most important factor is the use of intensity as the main ingredient.
Intense training always burn more fat.
Gone are the days of low-intensity workouts, where you spend hours in the gym and follows a careful diet. The training today are efficient, precise, power-oriented and fun.
If I'm working with a mother of three children, a famous actress, or an elite athlete, my training is smarter about every workout time is efficient and very intense. This means that clients see fast results.
The body of your training should be short, hard and full. If you're spending hour after hour in the gym because it uses a low intensity of training, all you are doing a waste of time.
For example, think about those people you see that go and do a set of chest presses right bar (I hate this move by the way) then spend 8 minutes talking to the person next to them before making the second set. Have you noticed that people never look any different, although they have been coming to the gym for years and years?
You're smarter than that! So leave the gym for 35 to 45 minutes or less. Never rest more than 40 to 45 seconds between sets. Better yet, do not rest on all. Only change between the core, upper and lower body. Thus, two parts of the body to rest while the other works.
CONCLUSION – Get rid of low-intensity workouts and start getting rid of fat.
