I hurt my knee I use crutches, a cane or a wheelchair?
Well my knee poped out and and again and I'm in 7th grade so that my classes are all over the place, and I can not hurt because I have the track and softball pretisipating in.Would I'm more likly my knee heal better with a wheelchair or crutches can or should try to Walk It Off? I re-injured the knee, so I'm a little worried
1) If you are kind of concern, consider the possibility of seeing a doctor. 2) If you do not want to see a medical professional, and if "walking It Off" seems a reasonable option for you, it is likely that not seriously injured. If you're worried about it blowing up again, get a brace with a patella (knee) hole to keep it in place.
