How can relieve a moment charliehorse / leg cramp in the calf?
I'm on the swim team at my school and gave me a very bad cramp in his right leg in the calf. The thing is that I got it yesterday and still is not going away. So, do you have something besides massage and stretching?
A Charlie horse or a cramp, but it should take several minutes. It sounds to me as though you've pulled a muscle. Try applying a compress hot zone for 15 minutes for 2-3 hours, and next time if the swelling, heat or anything that appears to resemble a coup, redness in a particular area calf, you must go to seek treatment from your doctor to rule out deep vein thrombosis, a blood clot.
