How can I overcome my phobias? im afraid of heights, elevators, water, even to visit the dentist.?
I get panic attacks every time I hv to do the things I was fear.i MED 3months.now after taking the medication for my panic attacks have stopped, but still afraid to board a plane or cannot see the works dentist.i enjoy things I want to do in life .. please tell me how to overcome those fears.
Fear, in most cases, is born of ignorance. Study of the things you're afraid to learn and, instead, be amazed and fascinated by them. Then expose, slow and controlled manner, to the things that fear. Some fears are healthy, however. Fear of heights is a good thing, unless it is to the point that are paralyzed by fear. EDIT: lmao at dude below me!
