What are some good products that do not fade or smear all day? "Mascara (preferably waterproof)-liner Eye -foundation/coverup/concealer/brighten etc … also What are some good colors to highlight my eyes and they are the best for my skin tone? I medium brown hair, brown eyes very dark and tanned skin lightish. certain products is what im looking for. preferably things that I find in ULTA or ulta.com. thanks! Id prefer cheaper products if possible
