At a certain age, actually have met some wisdom. You know there is ample information and you know that although information is essential, not enough.
Being able to put what I know, next to the successful practice is more important.
This is especially important when it comes to stay or recovery of their physical condition.
It's not just what you do, but also how to get yourself to do it and do it ell, it's important. That is, not too much and not too little. And having to be nice.
I used to be in shape. I learned to be fit at various times in my life. I have a lot of knowledge. Every 10 years or so, I have returned to assess the needs of me and give me a different system? different exercises and different diet. My lifestyle changes. The changes in my body. It really is the wisdom of the body. But how can I organize what I know and how they stay motivated? It's really the same problem I have always had. It is very different. I have to listen to my body. I have to learn from others. I have to put everything together.
There are many diets and much to be said for many of them. And certainly There are many exercise systems that make total sense. Once you've done the research, the issue is kept on the target and do what I said he would.
At various times in my life, I have followed different programs. Most of the time, I was actually very timely. Periodically, I needed to reevaluate.
That is the point I needed to deal with each change of life. For example, when I stopped working at a school where I was physically very active, my consumption of calories decreased significantly. At first, I was not aware. I never thought that working as exercise. However, being constantly on my feat and climbing the stairs several times a day was good for me even when I and other staff members complained about it. At the end of each working day, I was physically exhausted.
When I took the next job, which consisted mainly of a desk and small climbing stairs, hardly noticed the difference. Yet caught my attention and at the end of the day, I still felt that I had put in a full day's work. It is equally challenging and rewarding, but I used my body burns less and less calories. Gradually, my body adjusted to get out of shape.
So after you do your research, how use what they have learned? How to organize? When recently started to take my fitness again, finding current information was not the problem. With a little research, my questions were answered.
When it came to putting everything together, a friend gave me some important tips. He made all the difference. At first, seemed too obvious to be of some use.
He said, wanted to know why fitness provides the essential motivation I would need. It sounded silly because it was so obvious. But after a conversation in which he skillfully and gently helped me rediscover this, I found this was indeed crucial. As so many truths, it was clear that when we finally saw it. I thought I knew what motivated me, but did not realize it was something else. I was saying all the right things that should have been important to me, but actually were not. I had to get below the surface thoughts, to where what really motivated lived. And that is more personal I want to share in this particular article. But I say this because you may also need to find their real motivation energy.
I invite you to discover it by yourself or with the help of another person. Takes a bit of discipline to go from the first surface answers to where they are really motivated. But well worth worthwhile.
