Pad printing is the process used to transfer an image into a three dimensional object. With the advent of modern technology in all areas and consistent with the production of new and the finest products, this technology is now used in many industries, including apparel, electronics, sports equipment and machinery. In the early impression on the objects that are not flat surfaces are extremely difficult, but now with the revolution of pad printing, this impression can be done without any complications.

The printing plate, which is mostly steel, then covered with a cup of ink. The ink cup is sealed to keep air out, to prevent ink from drying out prematurely. As the ink is placed on the design, fill the area engraved design. Once the design is full of ink, the ink cup moves away, taking all the ink that is not on the lines etched design. The ink is now exposed to air, it becomes sticky.

After completing the first step, the second step to place a pad of silicone transfer in the printing plate. Especially the transfer of the pads are of different shapes and sizes to suit various sizes and shapes of the designs. The pad transfer press in the printing plate, which makes collecting the ink, which remains in the design required.

Ultimately, the transfer platform, with ink in the shape of the desired design is pressed to the three-dimensional object. Since the transfer platform is made of silicone and is flexible, adaptable and adjusted himself in any way to transfer the design onto the surfaces of any shape without affecting the design.
